Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility Manual driving lessons are available to individuals who meet the legal requirements for driving in their region. A valid learner’s permit or provisional license (if required by law) must be presented before starting lessons. 2. Booking & Payment Lessons must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person. Payment must be made before or at the time of the lesson unless otherwise agreed. Package deals or bulk lessons must be paid in full before the first session. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full lesson fee being charged. 4. No-Show Policy If a student does not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson fee will not be refunded. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings. 5. Lesson Duration & Punctuality Each manual driving lesson lasts approximately 60 minutes. Students must arrive on time; lateness may result in a shorter lesson or cancellation without refund. 6. Safety & Conduct Students must follow all instructions given by the instructor for their safety. If a student is found under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the lesson will be canceled without a refund. Any inappropriate behavior towards the instructor or others may result in immediate termination of lessons. 7. Vehicle Usage Lessons will be conducted in an instructor-provided manual transmission vehicle equipped with dual controls. If a student wishes to use their own vehicle, it must be roadworthy, insured, and meet legal driving requirements. 8. Refunds & Lesson Packages Refunds for unused lessons in a package may be granted under specific conditions, subject to an administrative fee. Expired lesson packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. 9. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances Lessons may be rescheduled in case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances affecting safety. In such cases, students will be notified as soon as possible. 10. Terms & Conditions We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. By booking a manual driving lesson, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
